Hanseatic Rugen Hotel & Villen

A beautiful hotel!Everything is very well maintained and clean, modern equipped and super friendly staff (no matter what area) We were warmly welcomed, had a massage and were in the well heated pool area.

The hotel is fantastic. It starts with the very tasteful entrance area, then the very friendly welcome at the reception. Even when we opened our room door, we were thrilled. A large, bright room, modern design and an incredibly beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, with a large balcony. In the room there is a Nespresso machine, the capsules of which are replenished daily for free. Also, it was no problem to take the drinks and cocktails from the bar to his room and enjoy there on his balcony. The housekeeping is only scheduled every three days, but if you need one in between, it will then be done. The pool area is very nice, but a bit too small, for the size of the hotel. If you choose the times when most guests make food or trips, then you have the pool almost to yourself. Dinner we have booked only once. The service was very accommodating and friendly. Very well trained staff. The food was very nicely arranged, but the taste explosion was missing. However, the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Many homemade spreads u.a. vegan, which were all very delicious. And there were even small steam noodles stuffed with plumsauce and vanilla sauce. The freshly prepared omelettes according to individual wishes were a treat every morning. The fruit selection was also very varied, e.g. Maracuja and passion fruit was offered. We will definitely come back and our New Year's Eve holiday at Vju is already booked.

The hotel is very close to the class of the previous Nordperd. The price performance ratio is not right at all. The service is a disaster. When checking in a forced smile is displayed for the guest it was to recognize desire was not to recognize.Even the staff listless with questions comes the answer not understood!!!!!!!!!!! The at the prices!!!! Prices for half board are above ground for a little salad sausage etc. 45.00 euros per person. The parking with 13 euros per day is also not appropriate. The cleanliness of the rooms also leaves much to be desired and you have come of age. Also the cleanliness throughout the property is not exactly inviting. You should take a look at the Travel Charm. Our impression once and never again!!!! We will definitely not recommend this hotel. There are other offers in Göhren where the customer is still treated with respect. And the price-performance ratio is right.
