Good location. But hotel itself was a big let down. . Booked a triple room for 3 adults. We got 1 normal bed and bunk beds , which not big enough for an adult. So 2 adults had to sleep on the floor, there 5 days not once did room get cleaned,no clean towels, even when requested . No wardrobe or kettle in room. Very basic.

We have regularly visited acquaintances in Aachen and enjoyed staying here during IBIS times. Unfortunately, since then, however, neither the sagged mattresses have been replaced nor have any other positive changes been made. But prices have risen sharply. For the money there are better accommodations in Aachen - also close to the city - which we have been using ever since.

Had a terrible night! Complaint filed tor to date no hearing from b and b hotels the recepcionista was very nice and told ond with the business card a complaint to the head office in animals 2x done none. Response! Not very professional
