Check-in is only possible from 3pm for system reasons. Out of 2 elevators, one was completely out of service during the three days; no repair was in sight. The room was musty; the curtain half torn down/hung out. On the first morning breakfast was "clear" (at 8am): there were still 3 rolls and 2 slices of toast (and a fused egg). The tables were crumbled. The employee pulled out a coffee and then disappeared outside with a pack of cigarettes (must have noticed the vacancy). Then another employee from the reception was invited by the guests, who then filled up. In fairness, it must be said that on Feb. On the day this grievance did not occur. But croissants or sweet rolls/braid would have been nice. Room cleaning is only done after three days. Beforehand, you have to call a telephone number and order this first. In addition, the room was quite worn; the window frame a bit moldy. I didn't feel very comfortable.

Quick summary: room 1: when the room was opened, the bed was slept and there was an empty pint on the table= so not in order for new guest, not polished. New room received: as reported in other reviews: whole bathroom under water at shower due to poor drainage water. So looking for Room 3: sorry sir, you get an upgrade to premium: room where the shower head does not stay up on the bar! Son then showered on his knees because how often change rooms??? And then our room (the parents)... tv does not work, toilet roll holder: bar just falls loose from the wall, shower floor shows a crack of 40cm thick and just enough shower gel in the holder to let half a person shower, was also a disco bathroom because light flashes constantly on and off. Solution from the hotel? The top cap of the fixture is just next to the pump tray... will probably still be ‘work in progress’, right? We also ordered breakfast for the 3 of us in the morning... wait and see, eh? ProsDecent internet and helpful staff at the desk. Must be bad for those people to have to work that way.

Acceptable but nuanced hotel: the bathroom smells bad and lacks maintenance. The air conditioning does not work and has been replaced by a small fan that does not relieve the heat accumulated in the room. Reception tells me that it is noticed on the website but I have not found this information. Once I liked the B&B chain but I have hired 4 hotels in the chain and I am very afraid that next year I will not contract with them. Disappointing.
