Hotel is fine but service not available. The room was not prepared on arrival (beds not made, trash can not emptied) and the beds were also not made the next day. Furthermore, the room smells awfully of smoke, an imposition for non-smokers.

during our three-day stay in February, the heating did not work. Despite our complaint at the reception, this condition was not changed. The usual "smart" access to the external building also did not work. The front door could only be opened by calling reception from there. Unfortunately, the reception was not always busy, so wait. The breakfast was so far okay, but at over 18 € far too expensive.

Booked this hotel for three nights as it advertised a 24 hour check in desk and we would be arriving late around 2200. However when we arrived the reception desk was closed and the hotel was locked. There was no answer when trying to call and we were left abandoned. Shocking service. AVOID THIS SO CALLED HOTEL.
