Park Inn by Radisson Bochum

Had 3 nights here, Found the whole online check in and no people to speak to very annoying, also a stupid robot that takes you order and delivers stuff to your room, I prefer people to have jobs so they can pay their mortgages, anyway this nobody to speak to is not good, as we had asked for a room away from facing station and instead got a room facing station, of course do I ASK THE ROBOT to change me room, plus the AC was not very good, mind you the place was in middle of a heatwave. Room was clean, smallish, but had everything you needed. I just prefer to have a person at reception to speak to about issues, not standing in reception, bar and end up speaking to a cleaner to help me.

We stayed for one night at the Hotel Mercure in Bochum. The ambience is beautiful and modern. We have received as requested a room on an upper floor. Breakfast was varied and good. The staff friendly. However, there is one thing that carries great weight: the mattresses were too soft for us. We had both slept relatively poorly. In the morning and most of the day, this resulted in back pain.

Spent a night there. Top location right in the city with good breakfast, modern rooms and stylish bar. Come back!
