Park Inn by Radisson Kamen Unna

Modernly furnished, seemingly renovated hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had very good water pressure – pleasantly refreshing in the morning. The gym is top-notch: very modern, well-equipped, and relatively new, with everything one needs. Additionally, there is a sauna. Two things marred the stay. The room was freezing cold, and the air conditioning was difficult to control or could not be set warmer – I had to open the window to warm up. Concentrated work on the laptop was difficult in the room; however, there are plenty of places to work in the lobby. The second point: The free coffee with the paid breakfast was unfortunately really bad and tasted like concentrate. When one pays for breakfast, I expect decent coffee. At least good coffee could be purchased in the lobby. Overall, a modern, well-equipped hotel with clear strengths, but two avoidable weaknesses.

Good rooms, quality amenities downstairs, and nice staff. I would recommend this hotel if you need to go to this area. Quick EV chargers right outside the parking lot. Came out to about 80€ a night, which isn't outrageous. The 15€ per night paid parking for guests was not my favorite, but that's about my only complaint.

Very comfortable beds and clean linen. Very spontaneously looking for a room for one night and then everything worked out well. We have been there for the second time and book for the next time again.
