You have to know when booking that this is not a hotel in a “classic” sense.
I was booked by my company, for a holiday it makes less sense.
The rooms are clean but also more comparable to rehab rooms from the 80s, but clean and in good condition.
Breakfast is comparable to a hospital offer, nothing special but sufficient. Apart from hard-boiled eggs, you should not expect anything “special”.
The staff is friendly and the in-house underground parking is safe to park in BN- Tannenbusch.
Conclusion: For people who expect hotel standard it is not recommended, for business trips or low budget guests it goes fine.
