Unqualified staff at the reception leads to unbearable wait times at check-in and check-out! Room is from 30 years ago!

The room and the wellness area were very nice and the view from the pool was a dream. It took us a while to figure out the light switch in the room. The highlight was breakfast with a direct view of the Rhine. A special compliment here to Stephanie, who was there immediately for the smallest problem and solved everything right away. Thank you very much for the lovely weekend, until next time.

We were at the hotel bar for a nightcap this weekend and were thrilled by the stylish atmosphere. A truly beautiful and special location where you can wonderfully wind down the evening. We found the live music, which created a great atmosphere, particularly nice. It was, however, a bit too loud, so it echoed through the entire lobby. A little quieter would have been more pleasant. Unfortunately, the cocktail itself was not quite successful and could have been mixed better. Furthermore, in a hotel of this category, we would have liked the classic snacks, such as nuts, with the cocktail. Despite these small points of criticism, we can definitely recommend the hotel bar. The ambiance is outstanding and definitely worth a visit.
