I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still operating. The staff is practically nonexistent—most of the time there is no one available, and when someone finally appears, their attitude makes you wish they had stayed in the back office. Interacting with them feels more like an inconvenience to them than part of their job. The room cleaning was unacceptable. Dust, stains, and leftover trash made it clear that housekeeping is either severely understaffed or simply not doing their job. You don’t check into a hotel expecting to clean the room yourself. If you need basic services like laundry, prepare to pray. Not only are these services rarely available, but even when they should be, you still depend on the miracle of staff actually being present to grant you access. It’s absurd. The entire property is in an extremely rundown condition. The furniture looks decades old, damaged, and neglected. The building itself feels like it’s falling apart. Nothing about it resembles a place meant for guests. To make matters worse, the hotel sits directly on a main road, meaning you get blasted with constant noise day and night. Sleeping here is a challenge unless you’re used to living next to a highway. At the “reception,” there isn’t even a person—just a lonely telephone sitting on the counter. If you’re lucky, someone might pick up. Most of the time, it just rings into the void. Overall, this hotel is a complete disaster. Poor service, nonexistent staff, filthy rooms, broken facilities, unbearable noise, and a general sense of abandonment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

This is a nice place all friendly and at the beginning also very clean but it was not even vacuumed or the trash cans emptied otherwise everything was top. You can recommend the hotel but you should put pressure on the regularly vacuumed and the buckets emptied.

Excellent three-star hotel, located at a busy traffic intersection. The parking lot is across the street. Breakfast is really good and the breakfast area looks very neat and new. With our family of 4 we stayed 2 nights in room 201. The double bed has no mattress and is very hard, after 2 nights there was no backrest left. After the first night, I reported this to reception, but they indicated that this is how it should be. My advice to the hotel is to sleep on it yourself for a night because this is not possible, even with the duvet folded three times and without a blanket over you. Coincidentally, I also looked inside room 202 while it was being cleaned and all the beds had a mattress, I would certainly indicate a preference for 202 when booking.
