Stayed here after phantasia land. The bedroom was so comfortable and cool which was welcome in the heat. Room was clean and we had a great night sleep. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Only thing i would say is the serving staff could benefit from a bit more training. Twice the waitress at dinner left quickly while i was trying to ask something. Also brought wrong ice cream out. The waitress at breakfast was overly enthusiastic at breakfast when it came to clearing tables. She tried to grab my full plate of pancakes away when it was clear i hadnt finished eating and knocked cuttlery off the table in the process. She appologised but then later grabbed a plate of food off the table without asking if we had finished.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing and frustrating overall. First, the air conditioning was not working and we were not informed before arrival. With the heat, sleeping became very uncomfortable. We also had issues in the room, including a broken toilet seat. I want to mention that the reception staff during the day were actually very kind, patient and helpful. They were professional and did their best to assist us. Unfortunately, my experience at the bar was the complete opposite. I ordered a large beer and had to repeat myself multiple times. Then I paid €5.50 using coins (20 and 50 cent coins) because I wanted to use my change. The bartender became unnecessarily confrontational about it. I stayed polite throughout the interaction. After I later spoke with reception, the bartender spoke to his colleague while looking at me and then told me in English: “Don’t come back to the bar, I won’t serve you anymore.” As a guest, I found this extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. One issue can happen in any hotel. Several issues together, combined with this kind of interaction, seriously affected our experience. I hope management looks into this situation because this is not the standard guests should expect.

Great base to visit the park, weather super enjoyed the walk both ways. Breakfast plentiful many choices would recommend
