Best Western Hotel Koln

I had a wonderful stay at Philero Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location was convenient for both business and sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Hotel overall okay - minor issues but nothing serious. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed. Dining out within a 25-minute walking radius is extremely difficult.

When a customer books multiple rooms with you and a single person checks in at 1:00 PM and is charged 30 euros for it, it is very embarrassing to charge this as an additional service - especially with the excuse that this is the case in all hotels in Cologne. The room was ready; they did not have to clean a room early just for me. Sorry, with my colleague in another hotel, who even checked in at 10:30 AM, nothing additional was charged, and it was happily said, "Of course, the room is already free"... that would be a completely different attitude. What a pity! I
