First Domizil

Terrible service - I don’t know why any booking companies allow this place to advertise. We booked here and managed to get though the first door after some discussion with the owner / person on the other side. Then once we were inside we could not get into the room - they would not give us the access code even though we had booked - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

if you are not a European or you don't have phone can be contacted, do not book this hotel. They don't have checking desk!!! it should be write on website(oh they don' t have their web site... it seems lied Airbnb... they do not wrong... but they should mention on the reserving web agent... we will not recommend this hotel even it has good location

Property was listed as "pay at property". Arrived at 10pm after a long drive. Kerbside door was locked, buzzers weren't working. Scanned through booking confirmations and google for help - some mentioned the kebab shop next door. However, upon approaching them for help, they said that they no longer do check-ins for the property. Borrowed a stranger's phone to call the local number listed on google AND booking confirmation, both went unanswered. Waited around for almost an hour, before having to book another hotel at the last minute. Booking was made through Agoda - Imagine the shock when the full charge showed up on the card I provided as deposit a few days later. Contacted Agoda for a refund, but they kept dragging it out and claiming that they needed to wait for the property to approve the refund as there was a "no cancellation policy". Dude. I showed up, and am still treated as someone that cancelled last minute? -10/10 Property 0/10 Agoda.
