HOTEL TEMPELHOF ( City-Messe-Arena )

We were there for one night, and it was barely okay. The hygiene in the rooms and bathrooms was inconsistent. Insects in the rooms, silverfish, and mold everywhere. Dirty towels, and it smelled like a restroom everywhere. What made it even more difficult was that it was unbearably hot, and the rooms are not air-conditioned. We had a room in the attic, which made it even worse. Since the hotel only had three guests, I wonder why they assigned us the attic room. However, the breakfast was quite satisfactory.

It's a nice hotel. Centrally located. Very friendly boss. Had offered us coffee in the morning even though we booked without breakfast. Rooms are fine. To walk well to the center. Had forgotten papers. Problem solved. Super Service. We would love to come back. 👍👍👍

The hotel has been renovated since 2019 and is now perfectly fine. Spacious room, quiet location, hot water, good wifi, comfy beds. They even carried bags for us upstairs. Do note that my bathroom is small and the shower would be hard to access for those with accessibility issues. And there is no AC, which in this heat wave wasn’t great but we made do OK
