Lindner Hotel City Plaza

The area is a bit restless, but we had an excellent stay there. Good welcome at the front desk, good option outside behind the hotel. Room well renovated, bathroom including all products very good as well as the bed. Breakfast really excellent.

Pros The hotel has a very calm feeling when you walk through the door. The rooms had what we needed - we especially appreciated the complimentary water and mini fridge. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Some of the best I’ve ever slept on. We enjoyed our time at breakfast. The room itself was beautiful and was well organized. There were a variety of options and all nicely labeled. I appreciated having plant-based milk and other vegan options. There was no crowding, and the exceptionally efficient staff kept food items replenished and the breakfast area neat and tidy. Cons While the hotel is not particularly far from the station on foot, it felt so in the summer heat. The AC did not sufficiently cool the room, so I was forced to sleep on top of the covers. If the rooms are not going to be cooled properly, different bedding is necessary. The duvets were uncomfortably thick and warm. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak - more akin to a dripping faucet than a functional shower. It requires immediate attention.

Perfect location to explore the city. A hotel with perfect service from arrival to departure. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and cleanliness is a priority.
