Maritim Koln Hotel

We stayed for 2 nights at this property and I must say it was a positive experience. Starting with the top location as it is close to the center and the station, everything is within walking distance. The convenience of the parking garage under the hotel if someone were to arrive by car at a cost of €32 per day. There is no possibility of parking elsewhere. Kind staff and super breakfast. There is everything imaginable, from sweet to savory. Truly wow. Spacious and clean rooms. Only the decor is vintage style but functional. I recommend this hotel if you want to visit the city of Cologne

We stayed here for two nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 1 exception was the lady at the pool counter, who found her mobile more exciting, I think. Breakfast was very good. Room was beautiful by the beautiful view. Room and also eg the breakfast room for the premium guests is really corny. And the music in the breakfast room is a mystery, a few sounds now and then. They should listen to that for themselves.

I was given a room that faces the courtyard. The windows cannot be opened. It was very stuffy. There was also an empty water bottle from the guest who had previously rejected the room left in the room. I did not complain because I turned on the air conditioning. But even late in the evening, it was still very warm in the room. At that point, I no longer felt like changing rooms. The drain was clogged, and I fully grabbed into the hair of the third person. Great feeling. However, the drain was quickly cleaned when I inquired at the reception. The hotel has aged significantly. I did not feel comfortable in my sauna at all and really cannot recommend the hotel to anyone.
