An excellent hotel!! Absolutely recommendable. The staff, from the reception to the employees in the dining area to room service: simply a 1. Classy! I have never experienced so much warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness anywhere in my life. The breakfast is of good quality and nothing is missing. Quantitatively, the offerings are perfect. Not exaggerated, but also not stingily laid out. The double room was functional, clean, and the beds, respectively. mattresses were good. Here too, there is no excessive luxury, just what one needs for a shorter stay. Important perhaps for guests with a physical limitation: our room would not have been barrier-free. However, I do not know if alternatives would be offered in such a case. A follow-up inquiry is definitely worthwhile!

The hotel is clean and very well placed. However, surprise costs quite large on arrival: 166 dollars of Facility Fee. We had to have a room on the 33rd floor, but outdated room, very small (we were 4) very old bathroom and small beds... The hotel was kind enough to change our room on the 8th floor, renovated room, no kettle ($50 per day for rent ) always beds as small ($50 per day for extra bed ...) And the final surprise was to pay $5 per piece of luggage on the last day to leave in the hotel. Clean and very well placed, but its many financial surprises make the experience really unpleasant....

We stayed in the executive room Level which is oddly floors 2-8 the only renovated levels. The room was nice but due to the age of the hotel, you get to hear sirens all night and screaming homeless ppl. As well as woken up to 7am construction 6 days a week. To top it off at check out there is a $40 plus tax . Roughly $45 a day resort fee on top of your hotel nightly cost. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but if you do don’t forget it’s the rate plus $45.
