The customer service did not meet my expectations, and I did not get the impression that guest satisfaction was given sufficient importance. The relationship between price and offered performance does not convince me either. For me, this experience was disappointing, therefore I would not book here again. Perfect vacation - Thank you

The entrance of the Hotel Unique Dortmund Hauptbahnhof was beautifully designed, but there was absolutely no sign of customer service. I went into the lobby to get a drink at the bar and was promised that someone would take care of me in a minute. Unfortunately, I waited half an hour without anyone helping me, so I had to go back to my room. The only positive is the proximity to the city center. I can't recommend this place!

Overpriced hotel more looking nice in pictures with old style marble. Only two towels in 4 nights room not cleaned at all. Dusty room and common areas. The only plus is the bathroom looked new. Other than that it’s a pass! More decent hotels than this.
