Minotel Hotel Eurohof

I had the pleasure of spending a night at the Hotel Eurohof in Duisburg – unfortunately only on business and far too short! This hotel is really a beautiful place surrounded by greenery and located right on the lake. A walk around the lake covers about four kilometers and is highly recommended. The whole ambience is quiet, well maintained and very welcoming. The rooms and the entire house are extremely clean and tastefully decorated. You immediately notice that a lot of importance is attached to quality and a feel-good atmosphere. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent cuisine as well as the incredibly friendly and warm staff. A great example of this was my packed lunch: Since I wanted one for the road instead of breakfast, they really meant it very well with me. I got two huge, lovingly topped sandwiches with cheese, ham, egg, cucumber and tomato – fresh, rich and garnished with salad. There was really nothing saved! In addition, juice, yogurt and plenty of fruit were packed – banana, apples and clementines. I was honestly surprised by this generosity and ate everything later with great pleasure. You rarely find so much attention and quality. The location is ideal for nature lovers: You can go hiking, cycling and enjoy nature. There are many horses and farms in the area, so families with children can experience a lot here. Despite the natural location, it is pleasantly quiet – perfect for switching off and relaxing. Even if I only had one night this time, I'm sure: I will definitely come back – then hopefully privately and for longer! From A to Z a wonderful stay – pure nature, excellent service and absolute relaxation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice hotel, quietly located on the outskirts of Duisburg Large clean rooms (a bit dated but otherwise perfectly fine) Delicious food in the restaurant, the fresh bruscetta beforehand is definitely recommended. As a main course we had mixed grill with pommes which was more than enough but we would have liked a lkkr sauce with it When we asked for this, we immediately received a pepper sauce. And I had fillet steaks with fried potatoes Well seasoned and more than enough meat. For dessert we shared a banana split because we actually ate enough today😁 Friendly and helpful staff👍🏻 Definitely recommended👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel is in a quiet location; good rooms, reasonable meals and friendly staff. However, we were overcharged €20 Euros and although they have admitted it was their mistake they no longer answer emails and I am still waiting for my money.
