Good location, price is fair. BUT no lift so you have to carry your luggage to 4th floor!!! Staffs are cold, not willing to help Room is okay, clean but small. No bathtub. Breakfast is good, they have a small dining place but food is good. Salad, sausage, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs,

I stayed at City Apart in January during the BOOT exhibition, and so for a total of 18 nights. The reception staff was friendly and the fact that there is a security gate that you can open with you room key is much appreciated. My room was very big and clean. There were 3 beds in it and although I haven't tried them all I was pretty happy with the one I used. The location is excellent! I it is 2 minutes away from a tram station which will take you straight to the exhibition centre. you can It is also very close to the old town (10 minutes walking) miles of you fancy a bit of night life.

Hotel lacks basic amenities. Heater does not work most of the times. Staff can enter your room anytime. There is no phone in room to talk to reception. No DND sign placard. Towels aren't washed properly. Breakfast was available till 10. I went at 9.40 and they made a face since eggs were over and I asked for a refill. Staffs can be more helpful. Overall my worst experience here. I had never rated any hotel such badly.
