The 2nd time in this hotel, and once again a top performance, in relation to the room rate of 55€ for 2 people including breakfast (we are Diamond members) otherwise breakfast costs 14€, tickets for public transport (including suspension railway) a large bottle of mineral water / Staatl Fachingen) in the room, 2 snacks at check-in (Mars, Haribo or Corny bar), in the room, a small box with 5 mini chocolates, coffee making facilities, electric kettle, large flat TV, air conditioning, room that can be completely opened, high-quality, thick towels. very good care products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand wash) - so 5 bottles and not some "all-in-one liquid" that has to serve for everything, plus vegan and not tested on animals - the bathroom is at least as spacious as that of the Hilton Düsseldorf and very modern and well-maintained. Parking costs 10€ - parking garage is connected to the hotel. Breakfast was absolutely OK and sufficient, you could even order egg dishes, rather unusual in a budget hotel. Staff totally friendly (check-in was also possible at 12:00). In 2 minutes you are on the main shopping street, the suspension railway stop or at the train station, where there is a 24/7 Rewe. A microwave is available in the foyer. Ice cubes are also available if desired. Only a minibar is missing, but you could give private items to the staff for cooling, who will then store them in the kitchen. If in Wuppertal, then Spark, because it is without alternative in terms of price-performance ratio.

Hotel, located at a very busy intersection, in the immediate vicinity of a bus station. Spacious entrance hall with some seating areas. Room 111 is a large room, with 2 small seats and a sofa/bed, with a spacious bathroom. Bath also serves as shower, dangerous situation. There is a large wardrobe. There is air conditioning, with 2 control panels. Breakfast is very extensive. There is a dining area, with a very limited menu that is only updated every 6 months. There is a bus station right next to the hotel, and a boarding point for the hover train is about 500 metres away. A ticket is offered by the hotel for both. Bar opens at irregular times. Staff are friendly and helpful. Next to the hotel is a public underground car park (€ 5.00/day). You can walk along a pedestrian bridge to the centre, about 500 metres from the hotel.
