Intercontinental Dusseldorf

I had a thoroughly successful stay at Hotel Kö59 and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The room was stylishly furnished, impeccably clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the excellent service. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional, so I always felt well taken care of. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired – a wide selection, fresh products, and excellent quality. The central location and elegant ambiance perfectly complete the overall package. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Kö59 and would be very happy to return on my next visit to Düsseldorf.

Excellent stay ,fantastic service from all staff, 5 night stay all all requests, met with exceptional courtesy from Consiage to personalised hand written welcome card and sweet container on the desk ! from the management. Rooms exceptionally clean and well maintained its our Pandor Family 3rd stay,over the year at this well located hotel. Mr Baron -housekeeping went above the call of duty for both our rooms to make our stay once again memorable!! A big thank you to ALL staff and Management !!! ,Great to see maintenance being carried out on the 7th floor. Well done!

Our stay at Kö59 Düsseldorf unfortunately had its ups and downs. The fantastic location right in the city center is definitely a positive highlight. The old town is conveniently reachable within a few minutes on foot, and the Königsallee right outside the door is of course ideal. Our room was very spacious, modern, and pleasantly air-conditioned. Especially the housekeeping did an excellent job – there was absolutely nothing to complain about here. However, we found the overall impression of the service disappointing. The staff consistently appeared very cool and professional, but without any genuine warmth or personal atmosphere. Overall, the hotel feels rather sterile and not very family-friendly. Particularly frustrating was the pool policy, which is only accessible to those aged 18 and over. This naturally disappointed our daughter. In our view, this information should be communicated much more transparently at the time of booking confirmation. The check-out also took an extremely long time, which further worsened the final impression. Overall, we believe there are several hotels in Düsseldorf that offer a better price-performance ratio and a significantly friendlier atmosphere. The concept may suit business trips, but we would not recommend the hotel for families, and personally, we would probably not book it again.
