The breakfast was good and the personal nice. My room didn’t have air conditioning and the window was broken so I couldn’t open it. I somehow managed to sleep even though I felt being in the tropics, sweaty all night. I don’t understand how this hotel has 4 stars. Also the location is near the railway station, very easy to access but I have never seen so many homeless people, young “ roadmen” selling drugs openly and lots of drug addicts in one place. I was a bit afraid to move around in that area. I wish that the would offer help to those people.

Had a great stay at Garner Düsseldorf. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value. A special mention goes to Diana, whose professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service made a real difference. She was attentive, welcoming, and ensured every interaction was handled smoothly. Her ability to make guests feel genuinely acknowledged and valued is a credit to the hotel. Thank you, Diana, for making my stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

⚠️ Dusseldorf | This hotel, the Chinese must not stay! 🚫 Don't step on this intercontinental hotel in Dusseldorf!! The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in in my life is the Hotel Gare Dusseldorf Central Station (under the Intercontinental flag)! 💣 1. Overlord clause locks you in: the ctrip is booked irrevocably, the price is not cheap, the only advantage is proximity to the train station. Colleagues visa denied, want to change people living with them, the hotel dead don't agree, Ctrip customer service communication is useless, money directly hit water! 2. Platform double-bill to outrageous: turn your head and look at Booking, the same store can actually pay in the shop, no prepayment! Making it clear is bullying Chinese tourists who book through Ctrip, and eating looks too ugly! 3. No service to speak of: as an intercontinental hotel, not even the most basic humane treatment, only recognized death clause, completely regardless of the user's force majeure, not worth calling a chain hotel! All friends who go to Düsseldorf are really encouraged to hack this house! Especially not on the Ctrip Booking!
