We spent three nights here during June 2020. The room was basic but very clean and had everything you would need. The wifi worked well. The breakfast provided was good. The hotel had a 24 hour reception and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is in the station area which is not the best neighbourhood, and the hotel is next door to a sex shop, but it is very central and within walking distance to the main shopping streets, the river and the old town. Very good value car parking is provided in a multi storey car park within 2 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay or business trip or for anyone looking for good value centrally located accommodation.

Very near to Dusseldorf Hauptbahoff. Very friendly receptionists who speak fluent English. The bedroom was small with three single beds. Our room was cleaned each day with fresh towels. Bathroom ok with shower but again quite small. Breakfast consisted of eggs, rolls, cheese & ham etc. Tea & coffee.Typicaly continental There is a lift that is very old and tiny. The old town is close with nice restaurants and bars. Trams stop outside.

Our room was VERY small, and our shower did not drain properly. I was traveling with my mom and it was a tight squeeze with both our suitcases- we only had one each. There was also no mini-fridge in the room, so we had to throw out some of our food the next day that couldn't be refrigerated. The breakfast spread in the morning (6 Euro) was very nice, and they also included a transit pass that could be used in the city for 24 hours. The proximity to the train station made it very convenient, about 5-7 minutes. You can also walk to the waterfront and shopping areas in a reasonable amount of time.
