Incredibly friendly and accommodating from the first contact, and helpful beyond measure. More than extraordinary and, in this day and age, anything but a given. Thank you!

We stayed for a few nights with our little dog for the Robbie Williams concerts. The friendliness of the entire staff was outstanding. We rarely felt as comfortable and welcomed as we did in this hotel. I was there with my mother, and we chose the hotel mainly because of its excellent location. It is unbeatable, right by the stadium, and there are plenty of green spaces and walking paths for our little one right outside the door. All three of us were warmly welcomed, and our room was prepared in advance with towels and water for our little Diego. We only dined at the hotel, from breakfast to dinner in the form of an extensive healthy buffet, and we were very satisfied with the price-performance ratio for the drinks at the bar. The small snack bar next to the reception, which is open 24 hours, also offers a sufficient selection. Special thanks go to Mr. Christian Banken and Ms. Maike Sommer; they stood out positively from the entire team and enriched our trip. We sincerely hope that there will soon be another event at the arena that we would like to attend so that we can check in with you again without question. After our already very pleasant stay at the Tulip Inn Düsseldorf Arena following the Ed Sheeran concert, we have now returned again after a concert – this time after Robbie Williams. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. During check-in, we were greeted by Ms. Kaiser, and later her manager, Ms. Banken, joined us. Both of them immediately made us feel welcome again with their friendly and attentive manner. It was particularly nice that the ladies from our last stay actually recognized us after nine months – that is far from being a given. After we had brought our luggage to the room, we went to the restaurant. There, we were warmly greeted and attentively served by Ms. Sommer and Ms. Pfisterer. Also the next morning at breakfast, Ms. Pfisterer was there for us again. Her friendly demeanor and personal service made our start to the day particularly pleasant. A big compliment also goes to the entire team: During breakfast, there was always careful attention to ensure that everything was clean and tidy. Empty plates were promptly cleared away, and as soon as something at the buffet was running low or empty, it was freshly replenished within a very short time. The entire staff was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always present without being intrusive. The breakfast itself was very delicious, varied, and of good quality. The rooms were clean and comfortable again, and the location right by the arena is simply perfect for concert visitors. The on-site parking garage is also a great advantage and makes getting there particularly uncomplicated. Many thanks to the entire team at the Tulip Inn Düsseldorf Arena for this wonderfully pleasant stay once again. We will gladly return for our next concert in Düsseldorf!
