If you pay 75 euros for a double room with breakfast in downtown Düsseldorf, you cannot expect 4 stars. I didn't, so here are the positive points: central location, parking garage 2 buildings away, friendly welcome, and helpful reception. Ok: Room and breakfast. Bad: nothing.

Attention: the receptionist at this hotel may steal your wallet—please be careful. The hotel management tried to protect their staff and resorted to various lies. They refused to provide the camera footage. We reported the incident to the local police. The manager claimed they checked the cameras and falsely said that first I took it and then that my wife took it. Meanwhile, purchases were made with the credit cards inside the stolen wallet without my knowledge. Please be careful.

Never a 4 star hotel. This is more like a 1 or 2 star hostel. Very run down and dirty. Do not book this hotel! Very disappointed!
