We stayed in a family room at Premier Inn Essen City Limbecker Platz. The location of the hotel is not bad. Unfortunately, the “extra bed” was an extended armchair (folding sofa/folding armchair) that did not work properly. The reclining surface consists of three parts, which should be flush with each other. In our case, however, there were large gaps between the individual parts, so you could hardly sleep on them. As a family room, this is completely unsuitable. We will therefore no longer use this hotel in the future.

A compliment to the gentleman who keeps track of everything at breakfast. The tables it the food. He makes sure everything looks good and neat down to the last detail and friendly. Stay is very good

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to complain about an incident during my stay from 21/11/2025 to 22/11/2025 in room 218. Although the checkout is officially at 12:00, there was already a loud knock on our door at 10:50 a.m., shouting “Get up” and even steps were taken into the room even though we were still inside. Such conduct is disrespectful, inappropriate and clearly violates the usual standards of privacy and hotel operations. If it had been after 12 o'clock, that would be understandable, but not before. I am asking for comments on this incident and for appropriate compensation. Sincerely, Tadic
