If you wish to stay at a nice part of town, close to everything relevant, this is a perfect place. Rooms are spacious, with at least basic facilities. The only weird thing is there are no real windows, only roof windows that can be opened and closed remotely. As I used the place only to sleep there, it was perfectly fine. The place offers some breakfast, but there are a Chinese restaurant and many others in the area so it is just fine.

It was OK for 2 nights during the Caravan Fair, the location in the center is absolutely top and the hosts were very nice. The breakfast was also OK and there is an underground car park. The rooms are very simple, clean and the skylight is not a problem. There is no safe, however. It was absolutely OK for sleeping and I would choose the hotel again for a short stay due to the location and the price-performance ratio.

located very well, acceptable room, unique windows at the ceiling (rooms at the ground floor), it is operated by a friendly family. It is good for 2 nights stay, if you are looking for the cheapest option. The free good internet is really something helpful.
