Very friendly service at reception when checking in and out. Very good value for money, especially compared to the hotels in the area. Pleasant and spacious room. Good and quiet location. Would definitely come back.

A nice hotel, ideal for a city trip in Düsseldorf. The subway is right nearby and in two stops you are at Heinrich-Heine Platz in the middle of the old town and close to Königsallee. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast and the rooms are very clean, I highly recommend this hotel.

As we've needed a different place to stay we found this hotel 20 min walking distance from the river and Altstadt . We were all very impressed by the welcoming Mrs Eugenia , who welcomed us in the most hospitable and friendly way possible. Thank you very much indeed. The rooms were all recently renovated, all the necessities are present and the hygienic pandemic precautions are allmost unnoticable. The breakfast ( which you have to reserve in the evening because the buffet is not allowed at the moment ) was prepared and served by Mrs Miriam . She's a real darling and a great host! I can recommend this hotel highly ! Staff are real service-professionals
