A beautiful little hotel, close to the main train station but only a 20 minute walk into the “Altstadt”. The room was spotless, equipped with everything we needed including Sky TV and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Staff were amazing - we dropped our bags as our flight landed early and found them in our room at check in. The beautiful back garden provided a real oasis of calm and relaxation after a day’s walking.

It's about 30 minutes away from the Reinpromenade. The hotel is very charming and the staff are very friendly.

4 night stay, visiting Koln, Bochum and Dusseldorf area and Christmas markets. Easy navigation from airport via Dusseldorf Hbf. Greeted with a smile on arrival, 10mins early but got checked in no issues. Asked when wanted breakfast next day, chose 8am. Spacious room - Business Double - with a small Hall area, with wardrobe and bathroom. This meant sleeping area not immediately off the shared lobby. Breakfast was plentiful, with a choice of egg dishes cooked to order. Chose omelette and fried eggs for his and her. Offered more coffee without asking. Sunday breakfast was busy with a small wait in seated lobby area with coffee offered while table was being vacated/made ready. Reception and Breakfast staff very receptive and efficient, had tickets to be printed for a local concert and printed no problems. Rooms made up every 2 days, no issue for us. Very quiet street, no noise issues. Could hear some movement from upstairs guests on occasion. Getting around by foot or public transport was easy with a choice of equi-distant stations - Hbf, Ost or Worringer. Would stay again
