second home in Düsseldorf with all facilities and friendly staff.

Nice location, maybe missing welcome desk staff, it was not busy but we had to wait for both checkin and checkout. Very nice staff specially at the restaurant downstair were we had a nice diner. Room allocation was very sade but confortable, maybe the bathroom was smaller than expected but correct. Last tips, we were told no parking while when we arrived they were two space free, and no welcome help from the door man

Our first visit to Düsseldorf and, to everyone's great delight, a truly outstanding hotel!! Top location, simply with style and with people who perform their jobs with great, honest joy. Regardless of whether in the reception area, in the restaurant, or with the staff in room service.....a smile and great helpfulness everywhere!! Thank you for a great weekend in Düsseldorf!!
