Unfriendly welcome from the owner. Bathroom in need of renovation, mold smell, door frame (wood) rotted In the sleeping area socket ripped out of the plaster, laminate floor lifted by moisture, armchair as if totally worn by the bulky waste Breakfast from the discount store (20 minutes waiting for rolls) , had to be baked. Always only a few in the basket . Roommates had the same experience

Incredibly bad. Everything needs renovation. Decaying door frames, loosening wallpaper, non-working outlets. After every shower, when warm water came - flooding in the bathroom. Loveless breakfast. Never again.

Nice room with a big window. A good mattress and a table with two chairs - nice. This is perfect if you need to work or want to have some food etc. The bathroom is small but very good water pressure. There is a supermarket just a few minutes to walk and the town center is not far as well. It was super quiet at night so I could sleep very well. The owner is very friendly - check-in and out was a breeze. I arrived Sunday and walked to the Aral gas station. They have a small supermarket that is open. And they have cold beer as well!
