Palazzo Hotel M

I've never seen such a dirty room in my entire life. On the carpet were several large undef. Stains...Some guests may have vomited when they saw the room. The door of the shower was moldy, the soap was sought in the bathroom in vain. Since there are no staff in the hotel from 10 pm, guests have no fools , which means partying in the hallways, the doors slamming in one tour until 4 am. Understandably, after a night spent roaming, you no longer have the strength to dispose of the chicken bones. Never again this hotel ...

Underground... I can only warn against this hotel: dirty, rundown and poor service.

We stayed here earlier this week as we were in the city on business. We chose the hotel based purely on its proximity to our client, and failed to notice the poor reviews on pretty much every website. This place is to be avoided at all costs. It is located right next to a railway line and the trains will wake you up. The area itself may be safe, but it certainly didn't feel like it when we were walking back to our hotel at night. The hotel and the road outside is really badly lit, with lots of people hanging around along the road towards the station When we checked in the guy on the desk failed to tell us that the desk is not manned 24 hours and there is a code to get through the security door to the rooms after 10pm. Luckily another customer was there and had the code to let us through. The room was basic at best, with no water provided. One of the pillows smelled dirty, like it hadnt been cleaned for ages. Graffiti on the wall, curtains not hanging properly. It was so bad that we did not stay there on the second night and paid for a different hotel. We also avoided breakfast as it didnt seem the type of place where you would take a chance with it. Overall, a grim experience and a lesson learned in not looking at the online reviews.
