Hostel level!!! If you are looking for complexity, this is the place for you! Especially the management of the house (I suppose he was, he did not introduce himself, but he was quite convinced of its importance....) is quite outrageous and shows no bit of accommodation towards the guests! Was about 1 1/2 weeks “guest” in this “noble shed”, but one day before departure I had a “new” booking because the number of people has reduced from two to one. Had to check out at 11am and could only wait three hours in the lobby and walk to my “new” room.... It wasn’t because the “new” room wasn’t ready for cleaning yet – my luggage was already stored there; only the check-in would only be possible after 2pm – apparently the hotel manager is unable to do so and his employee just arrives later. Can be done as a luxury hotel - but you don't have to. And no, I did not deliberately book a cheaper room category, but booked the cheapest category for two or one person directly on the T3 page. Electric car charging station was also booked and confirmed in advance immediately with the booking for this last day. When I asked if I could then stand in a parking lot already available there at 10 am and then plug the car in after my return around midnight, the “boss” made quite a fuss that you could only charge if the fees had been paid in advance. It's just a pity that the reception is only open from 2pm to 10pm - contrary to information on various booking sites that speak of 6am-10pm. I expect a little more flexibility from a “good” hotel, especially since the tender also mentions exactly that you should approach the hotel on arrival outside reception hours and you are trying to find a solution. A second room key is available after first a rejection then on request. A second front door key for two guests in a double room however not... From a lt. T3-Homepage “above average service thoughts of the staff” I have unfortunately not noticed anything - at least if you include the hotel management (?) in the review.... Breakfast is also...... if you don't have to stay more than a day, ok...... The staff is nice and striving - but that's all you can do at such a management level.... Sorry, but a hotel management who prefers to discuss with the guest rather than try to find solutions is a no go.. And to top it all off, I was charged (although low) fees on my credit card afterwards, for which I did not sign....

The hotel is located in a former factory, in the backyard next to a care service and a communal office of four bailiffs. We really liked the ambience. The train station is not far, the bus stop is right outside the front door. Free parking is available in the courtyard. Our room was on the ground floor, was very large, well furnished, even with safe and kettle. We had a large bathroom with shower, enough storage facilities everywhere, enough cupboards and drawers, enough outlets, nice lighting. Comfortable beds. Television only partially worked with limited programs, but that didn't bother us. At 3 nights once towels were exchanged and trash cans emptied and once the beds were made. The room was not swept or cleaned during our stay. On arrival, however, everything was very clean. Breakfast was varied, nice sausage, cheese and fish plate, many kinds of juice, fully automatic coffee machine, cereal, scrambled eggs with bacon etc. Unfortunately only baked-on rolls and the sometimes very bright and sometimes burned. Breakfast service was provided by the reception staff, which was not always so happy. The staff strives, but of course cannot split and do everything at the same time. The tables in the breakfast room were therefore sometimes overloaded with dirty dishes because the service was just busy with check-in for a while... Overall, a solid hotel and if you get it at a reasonable price, you can definitely spend a few nights here.

We spent 2 nights in a double room in the hotel. First of all, the very few positive points: The mattresses were very comfortable and the room was clean and quite large. There was free parking, but not really many. Unfortunately, that was it. The hotel has 3 stars, probably because it meets the formal criteria, such as safe and refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, the hotel does not even have the level of a youth hostel. You are greeted in the yard or driveway by lots of garbage and dirt while the staff sits around and gets bored. The bathroom looked like it had been imported from the eighties. The sink and various tiles were broken. Breakfast was, in our opinion, partly hazardous to health. Like I said we stayed there two nights. At both breakfasts, the same bowls of poultry salad, shrimp cocktail, yogurt and fruit salad were definitely unchilled and uncovered on the buffet. A skin has already formed on the poultry salad and the shrimp cocktail. The broth in which the can of fruit salad floated was already brown in color. I guess he was standing there the day before, the way he looked the first day. The vending machine coffee was inedible. Scrambled eggs and sausages were burnt on both days. The bacon was completely burned. On the second day they had forgotten to light the burner to keep it warm. Solution of the staff: warm everything again, presumably in the oven. After that it was finally inedible. The rolls were either almost unbaked or probably baked several times. The croissants on the first morning were very dark brown and almost turned to dust. The staff were most likely unskilled throughout and apparently not trained at all what their job is. They were actually all just sitting around and apparently bored or talking. Next to it stood the withered houseplants and longed for affection The premises of the former factory actually have potential. If you invested a bit of work, money and love and had staff who cared about the hotel and the guests, it could reach 3 star level.
