MERCURE AIRPORT

Worst hotel ever! Staff are customer unfriendly and cranky, especially the bald gentleman behind the reception!! Never again this hotel!! And it's supposedly an airport hotel but they don't offer shuttle/transfer to the airport.

This is currently a hotel used to hold refugees. When I turned up it had 20 riot police outside, clearly no longer open to the general public but I was never informed Also it has airport in its name. It’s a €30 euro Uber to get there, and in the middle of nowhere. Can’t rate my experience of inside the hotel as never got inside but my advice, get the train one stop and stay in Dusseldorf city centre

A large group of 80 people. Arrival 6:30 p.m. Everything was in order for the rooms. Some non-functional cards but quickly fixed. Downside for the organization of the self-service meal. Arriving around 7:30 p.m., the appetizer dishes were empty as well as the dessert dishes. Efficient table service. Clean, outdated but functional rooms. Overheated without air conditioning. Kettle with tea and coffee available and always appreciated. No fridge. Off-center hotel.
