Balladins Superior Hotel Koln Airport

We had booked 2 rooms at the Ibis Styles Cologne Airport Troisdorf hotel because of a family affair. We also made a trip to Königswinter, which is only a few kilometers away from here. You can also take trips to Bonn and Cologne from here. The hotel is centrally located right off the highway exit. In the room you didn't hear about it with the window closed. There is air conditioning in the room. The rooms of us and my parents were on the 3rd floor. Floor and were spacious. The device is expediently in blue. There was a safe, an electric kettle for tea or coffee. The sink is one of an alcove in the room, the small bathroom with shower and toilet is separated by a door. The shower was top, rarely in a hotel had such a perfect water pressure. The bed is quite soft, but that is a matter of taste, they were each equipped with a blanket and a pillow. But there were other blankets and pillows in the upper part of the dressing room. Breakfast was good, everything fresh and clean. There were juices, various types of tea/coffee, boiled eggs, fresh scrambled eggs, baked beans and Nuremberg sausages, bread, rolls, croissants, lemon roll, sausage, cheese, ham, various types of scrambled eggs. Varieties of jam, Nutella, fruit salad, yogurt, cereal etc. Reasonable for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book here again. Parking is available directly at the hotel for EUR 11 per day. Opposite is a Shell gas station.

We decided it was best to stay here after travelling for hours—we really needed a rest break. I was a bit worried about staying somewhere overnight because we’ve had a few bad experiences in the past, but this place completely changed that. It was so quiet, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also had breakfast in the morning, which was a great way to start the day. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

I visited the hotel in Troisdorf several times for business reasons. For this purpose, the hotel is fine. The rooms are usually spacious, the decor is functional, the turquoise you just have to like. That the sink in the room is not really bothering, the small bathroom with shower and toilet is sufficient. Depending on the room, the water pressure is very weak and the temperature changes constantly. Strangely, this varies from room to room. The bed is too soft for me personally, but that's certainly a matter of taste. What bothers is the fact that some TV programs like ZDF have hangers-on all the time, on an evening we Today where there is an international match, that is annoying. Located directly on the motorway is so easily accessible, therefore is naturally noisy, sleeping with an open window is not possible. Opposite is a Shell petrol station, further shopping is about 2 km from the hotel, a bit far on foot. Thanks to Lieferando, however, you can have various food delivered to the hotel. There are a few overpriced snacks and drinks in the hotel, which is even cheaper than the tanks. At the hotel are parking spaces, which are a bit too expensive for me at 11 euros. The breakfast is fine, everything fresh and clean, there is a little lack of surprise, but I might expect too much there. The team on site is nice. Overall, there is hotel for a business trip in order, I am once again in Bonn, so I will definitely stop here again.
