Best Western Premier Bellevue Rheinhotel

The service staff is super friendly and attentive. We were only there for lunch, but we were looked after very warmly. The food was also very delicious.

Nice location! A great hotel with very friendly staff. Still mention a minus: It was fairly hot weather and there was no air conditioning in our room, just a fan. I don't know any other rooms. Especially at night that was a lesser experience. Restaurant and terrace on the Rhine very nice, tasty and friendly service.

Just as the check-in we were suddenly allocated another room (without explanation) five high at the rear of the hotel. That didn't feel right. The next morning breakfast was terrible. All tables were occupied or full of used dishes. Some shoved him and then we could sit. We waited 15 minutes for cutlery. Coffee came out of a jug one was limp, lukewarm and old.
