At reception, a relatively small sign indicates that room service is not available for stays of less than three days. There is no information on why this is the case. It can be applied for a day in advance, but otherwise the guest is responsible for cleaning, making beds, etc. There is no personal note at check in. There is also no discount for this service, which is actually common in all hotels. The hotel bar closes at 22°. The rooms are worn out, the beds hard and slack. The breakfast is not particularly shiny either. How a chain like Steigenberger can allow this is a mystery to us. Conclusion never again!

The location at the park we found very pleasant and quiet, the distance to the city center is short. The hotel would have potential but is not particularly well maintained. The rooms could use a renovation urgently. Breakfast is OK.

A good hotel if you visit Deidersheim. The hotel is well located 10 min through the park to the center. Good breakfast big hearty rooms. We travel with dog and it was good easy to refuse trash cans for bags. Negative parking poor parking discipline from guests Better labelling
