Hotel Weinhaus Grebel

Book last minute for the weekend of 15/08. Hotel well located 10 minutes from Koblenz. Nice little village. A little disappointing: parking small and fast full, old room and no airco (it was really hot). Breakfast cheap and very good for the price. In my opinion there is better in the area for less. But you can’t say it was wrong or it was right

We had met for a board meeting at the wine house Grebel. After the session we dined with eleven people in the restaurant. The table we were assigned was still full of glasses from the predecessors, which was still the case after 25 minutes! After asking if we could get rid of this dirty dishes, it was then put on the neighbor's table! Our food reached us about 1.5 hours after ordering. The fries were salted and the sauce like out of a can! So the food was not good! The prices (€5 for an apple juice rind - and the apple juice was only guessable) were absolutely not adjusted to the quality, neither service nor quality are recommended here! That's why the one star!

We have booked the hotel several times for our short trip. Unfortunately, this time we had to deal with bed bugs and the hotel owner does not budge on the emails from us. Of course, we do not want any other guests to have to deal with the consequences of the bites very severe itching and inflammation. We think it's a pity that our emails were simply ignored and no reaction from the hotel owner came to date.
