Best Western City Pirmasens

I booked through their website using a special offer and paid upfront online. When I arrived, they charged me again by mistake. I requested a refund, but staff couldn’t issue it and told me to wait until checkout. At checkout, they still couldn’t process it and had literally lost my details written on a scrap of paper. I was then asked to hand over my bank details on a post-it note. After returning home, I had to provide my bank details again because the post-it was lost. Nearly three months later, after endless emails and calls, I still haven’t received my refund. This is beyond unprofessional—they can’t manage something as simple as a refund, something that should take minutes in this day and age. It’s embarrassing for a business to operate like this. Unless you absolutely have no other choice, avoid staying here.

A very nice hotel, well located in the center of Pirmasens, with parking, very comfortable rooms, a friendly and smiling receptionist. What more can I wish for on a night of stage?

Small rooms including very small, simple bathroom and small TV in a central location. Walking distance in 5-10 minutes to the small pedestrian area of Pirmasens. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out and Wheel of Fortune for Rewards members. Nothing spectacular, but everything works. Hotel parking also small, also costs only €4/night. Breakfast must be booked separately (€14,90/person).
