Dorint Charlottenhof Halle

The rooms are sober, the mattresses rock hard. Our room in 3. Stock was also very dark. Cleaning is not done every day. We asked for every other day - we could not determine whether it was done. Breakfast is unkempt, it is not refilled, the baked goods are not fresh. Empty jam jars at 9 a.m. don't actually work. Overall, you do not have to stay at this hotel.

Located within walking distance to the center, furnishings somewhat stale, but everything is absolutely clean and well maintained. To park take the entrance of the shopping center, 15 EUR. The staff is always good-humoured and friendly. Breakfast with omelette and friscé fruit.

Reception mega friendly, rooms perfectly fine, everything clean. The night service by porter excellent. Rarely been accompanied so charmingly. At this point, thank you once again for the hospitality. You're great in terms of people and service!
