Easy to find, parking in back yard or basement garage available, but not free. Very clean, great 24/7 reception service, housekeepimg great, everything superclean, pool (next to garage) use for free, towels for free available, suites are big enough. One Senator suite, was occupied, could not take a peak.

Honestly, it was a new level of disappointing. If you are going to this area, rather use the Radison Blu hotel. Same price range, nicer rooms and WAY better staff. Here is why I say that: From the get go it was dissapointing and it just got worse from there. During check in I made a special request, and it was like the receptionist had just heard the worst news of her life. Sighing, complaining in German and eventually calling a manager to assist. What was the special request? Just asking them to add my girlfriend to the room for a few days. Other than that the rooms are hot and the "new gym" is disappointing. We had to check out early due to medical reasons. Thus I requested a cancelation. This time (a different receptionist) went straight up "No" with 0 class or grace. Not once, not twice but about 10+ times repeatedly " No, No, No, No..." Imagine a child that doesn't want to share their toys. Then you get a rough image. I understand that a cancelation is not possible due to policy, but there are professional ways to relay this message.
