Insufficient, as it was too hot everywhere. The room facing the street (too loud at night to ventilate) has neither air conditioning nor an exterior shutter. We received the fan for the room by chance. It could have at least been placed there given the temperatures (37 degrees on the weekend). For a lot of money, we specifically booked a hotel with a pool, which costs an extra 5 euros per person per day. Thus, this option for cooling off was eliminated for us. The biggest imposition was the breakfast on Saturday (on this hottest weekend) in the non-air-conditioned breakfast room. However, the breakfast itself is good. And on Sunday, the air conditioning was back in operation during breakfast. A big compliment to all the staff, who, despite this heat, were very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. We liked the room itself and the location, if only it were for the cooler season.

I usually pick the hotels when we travel. This time my husband wanted to surprise me with the trip and I was very taken with his choice. Room, bright, friendly and very clean. Cleaning freely selectable, care products sustainable. Small but fine spa for 2.50€ per person usable (that was the rental fee for bathrobe and water handed over in a fabric bag), sufficient bath and towels available on site. Water to welcome, further minibar equipment can be ordered. Rich breakfast that left nothing to be desired, even with local specialties such as clubs, egg cheques or small sausages. Staff friendly and helpful, stop right outside the front door, very centrally located. Special birthday service. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We stayed as a family of 6 for a week and really enjoyed both the beautiful city of Dresden and the hotel. All staff were friendly, helpful and had great knowledge of the surrounding area and how to get to places (ursula in particular). We had 3 double rooms next to eachother as requested, rooms were immaculate and had lots of storage space and comfy beds. Yes it's not modern, but this only adds to the charm . Rooms were quiet and housekeeping could be requested as frequently as needed Breakfast was superb, so many options and always lots of variety and fresh We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and had the buffet-this was absolutely superb! Service was also fantastic and we would highly recommend the buffet night The hotel is ideally located for all the sights of dresden either walking or via tram , there is a wonderful coffee shop opposite the hotel but it does get busy so worth booking. We highly recommend the dorint , a huge thank you for looking after us.
