Wonderful stay . The service was exceptional, starting from the front desk with Sophia and Alexa . Beautiful rooms and great breakfast. Location is fantastic. Will definitely recommend!

Stayed during a roadtrip in Germany. Staff were very friendly and location was central. Parked a block away in a city lot for a very low price. There is an indoor one under the Hampton in for double the city lot rate. Very Reasonably priced for a mid-high end hotel. Breakfast was very good. It was during the heatwave, front desk sent up a fan in addition to AC that would be considered weak by US standard. All in all a great stay. Would definitely be back if I am in the area again.

Nice vibe and rooms. Helpful staff. We were in Dresden to go to the Semper Opera House. We walked there and took a tram back. Sure, there are hotels closer to the opera but we'd choose this hotel again if that was why we were in Dresden. We took trams to and from the Hauptbahnhof then walked. The trickiest thing in Dresden HBH is going to the right tram stop: maybe ask the hotel staff in advance if you want to be sure. Pool was in a basement level but decorated in green rainforest design to avoid an 'underground' feeling. Very quiet when I was there, good for doing aqua fitness exercises.
