Her er en mere skarp, men stadig saglig version, som passer godt til en Google-anmeldelse:
We stayed at this hotel for five days during our vacation, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
The hotel advertises a pool and a games room, which made it seem like a great choice. The pool itself was very nice, but nowhere was it made clear that you have to pay an additional €5 per person every single time you want to use it. That should be stated much more clearly.
The biggest disappointment was the service. This is clearly a conference hotel, and regular guests definitely do not seem to be a priority. There were drink stations around the hotel with water, glasses, tea, and coffee. When we went to get a cup of tea, we were told to leave because it was only for conference guests. That was both embarrassing and unwelcoming. At another drink station, there were no clean glasses available at all.
Our stay did not get off to a good start either, as the staff could not even find our reservation when we checked in. The hotel bar was only open for two of the five days we stayed, which was very disappointing. To make matters worse, the electric kettle in our room broke the first time we tried to boil water.
Overall, the facilities looked better on paper than they were in reality. Between the unexpected extra charges, poor service, limited amenities, and maintenance issues, this hotel did not live up to our expectations. We would not choose to stay here again.
Denne version er skarp og troværdig, hvilket ofte gør anmeldelser mere overbevisende end meget følelsesladede anmeldelser.

Technically, the hotel offers a good base: expansive grounds, a location near the center, a laundry service for 2 euros, and breakfast with fresh beet juice.
Everything is ruined, however, by unfriendliness and stupid rules:
The path to the scale in the fitness area was blocked by an employee who acted like a nightclub bouncer and completely destroyed any desire to enter the room with the question, "Where are you going?"
The children's playground is only open until 8:00 PM and for children under 14 years old. Does that mean it is forbidden for everyone else and at other times?
I travel a lot and have often stayed in Radisson chain hotels, and there has never been a personal interaction with the staff. Here, however, I was drawn into a complicated series of events full of dirty boots, bouncers at the entrance, and hypocrisy in just four days.
In this hotel, all employees violate the personal boundaries of the guests.
A young employee at the front desk was initially intrusively friendly, but then walked into the bathroom in street shoes when he entered the room to fix the shower. However, when I politely asked for a room change at 7:00 AM because a delivery truck was unloading products and making noise under the windows, he suddenly started avoiding me completely.
Mr. Jörg P. chatted willingly about his Russian wife from Nizhny Novgorod. But at the first complaint, he immediately hid behind protocol. Tell me, Mr. Jörg, if you are so afraid of mentioning names, why did you reveal yours to me so easily?
"Mr." raised some particular questions. "Whatsit," who works in the massage salon of the Blu Motion Spa. In the reviews, someone had praised the masseuse Monika, but he is working in her place. Yes, he is a professional whose body massage released blockages and unleashed inner energy, which completely neutralized my spring burnout. Due to his poor English, however, he misunderstood my request to make the head and face massage "lighter" as a mere "barely perceptible touch." Ultimately, I was left without my beloved massage. When I told him about my leg problem, he nodded in agreement but showed no real interest. He also did not behave particularly friendly in other situations: First, he gave me uninflated water wings and later threw me out rudely five minutes before the pool closed. My Moscow osteopath—a German from Germany—maintains professional boundaries perfectly while keeping his humor and friendliness, which makes the sessions much more pleasant. Furthermore, something else happened during the session, which is why I now have some very serious questions for him. At first, I had thanked him, influenced by the emotions of the trip, but now I demand that the situation be clarified. The management informed me that they are not allowed to disclose his name "in accordance with the therapist's own wishes and the data protection guidelines for line staff," which leads me to assume that my suspicions are not unfounded.
All of this confirms that the Radisson in Radebeul is a place of artificial intimacy and total double standards. The staff first forces a friendship on the guest, and at the first complaint, the hotel moves to a cover-up.
This hotel reality has prompted me to change my plans to move to Germany.
Dresden is a city of contrasts: Churches mix here with half-cooked pork, the lack of chicken on the menu with nuggets, and the friendliness at the front desk with the ice-cold spa and a frightened intern at the bus stop.
At the same time, there was also a sincere kindness from people there: A train station employee drove us by car from Moritzburg for free after the train cancellation, and a taxi driver sent us a touching card as well as a business card with the hope of future cooperation.
Against this background, the service at the Radisson just seems absurd. I will never return here.

We were here from Saturday to Tuesday, and we really enjoyed it. We had a business appointment near Dresden on Saturday and added two days of wellness. We brought two dogs and were quietly accommodated in a villa at the back of the park. The swimming pool and wellness area are very good and peaceful. I also recommend the massage by Monika, one of the best I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Since it is not easy to find good accommodations with dogs, I give a solid ten points. Coordination with room service was somewhat difficult. That was not so important to us... Radebeul is beautiful. I also recommend the hike through the vineyards to the Spitzhaus. A breathtaking view from the terrace...
