Villa am Waldschlosschen

We were guests at the Villa am Waldschlösschen at the beginning of December. Once again, we really enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the staff is very friendly. There is a tram stop nearby, so you can leave the car behind and go into town. The villa is not far from the banks of the Elbe, where you can take a lovely walk. We have already booked a room for next year, that says it all.

The accommodation was not reachable by phone or on site and it was proven that my guests (you sent me all the photos) were not able to check in. Despite this, you charged the full amount! I had booked for 2 guests, it was my wedding reception and unfortunately I was not able to take care of it personally! I have attached photos of how they tried in vain to contact the accommodation after check-in. In total there were actually 15 calls! The accommodation denied everything on Bookings. They were supposedly still present and reachable on site until 9 p.m. The hotel also did not inform me, as the person who made the booking, that the guests had not arrived. So if you book for third parties, you cannot rely on them! Don't do that if you are hoping for the honesty of some people. The suite is very spacious and has a fantastic terrace. Bathroom with window. The bus and tram stop is very close, making it easy to get anywhere. The garden has a special flair - modern and baroque at the same time.
