Hotel Seehof

The stay was unfortunately an imposition. The floor in the room was heavily stained and made an unhygienic impression – totally unacceptable for a hotel. But it got worse: During the night, part of the ceiling (“sky”) fell off! This could have ended up really dangerous. I immediately reported the incident to reception – but neither an apology nor a solution came. Even after my written complaint, I have not received any reply to this day. No customer service, no sense of responsibility. A hotel that does not respond to such shortcomings is absolutely not recommended. I definitely won’t be back – and can only advise everyone to get detailed information beforehand.
