Landhotel Burgenblick

Absolutely bad. Rip-off!!!! Stay away!!!!! How can there be good reviews here?????? Unkempt, run-down rooms, unkempt surroundings. The hotel organization is super bad. Our room, booked months ago, was occupied and not available for us to use. We had to negotiate with an employee over the phone on-site. He sent us to the key safes multiple times only to then try to sell us some random available room. We gave up after 3 attempts. Everything was either dirty or uncleaned. Or there was no double bed. We were offered a cancellation. We should get our money back directly. Unfortunately, after further inquiry, our number was blocked. The hotel is no longer reachable for us. We were promised a double room with a four-poster bed for the weekend, with sauna use incl. breakfast in a dreamlike atmosphere. Disappointing...........we didn't get anything at all. Nothing on site corresponds to reality.

The hotel is great and has a super highway connection. Also, it is very inexpensive and there is a great breakfast. It was also not a problem that I could not arrive until about 11:30 p.m. Everything worked without problems and the staff is very friendly. There is also plenty of free parking right in front of the hotel.

I was passing through on business and spontaneously called the hotel to see if you still had a room available the same day. Booking over the phone went smoothly and at a very fair price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even that I could only arrive at 21:00 was no problem.
