RADISSON BLU

A completely disappointing and unprofessional experience. The hotel showed neither understanding nor willingness to resolve a clearly understandable problem. The issue with my booking arose from a simple human error made by my minor child, which happened accidentally and was explained from the beginning. Nevertheless, the response was cold, inflexible, and without any genuine intention to resolve the issue. Instead of constructive collaboration, there was a constant shifting of responsibility between the hotel and the platform Trip.com, with no one actually taking responsibility. The result was that I was left without a solution and without real support. Particularly disappointing was the overall attitude as well as the disrespectful and inhumane treatment – especially since it involved a disabled guest and their child, for whom the situation was clearly and transparently explained. A hotel should not treat its guests in this manner. The lack of respect and professionalism is clearly evident. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose it again. If the issue is not resolved in a fair and appropriate manner, I reserve the right to explore my legal options to protect my interests.

I booked this hotel with no high expectation as it appeared to be a renovated tower block. I was pleasantly surprised The hotel staff at reception were excellent. The room is clean and decently furnished. The bathroom was good too Breakfast was a bit busy( it was a Sunday morning) but there was a great choice and it tasted lovely Erfurt is a fantastic place to visit. I was there one night but would gladly have stayed longer I originally booked at one price then saw it reversed much cheaper. I cancelled and rebooked easily so it was fantastic value

Great My daughter got married and spent her wedding night there. I had dropped off a bag with decoration materials like balloons, champagne, and other small items a day earlier. Everything went perfectly. Great and thank you very much.
