Anyone who needs an invoice is advised against staying at this hotel, because you will not receive one. They only responded after the fourth or fifth request. They blame the delay on Booking, which is likely intended to distract from their own accounting problems. Room and cleanliness are okay.

We have been going to the former Hotel Zumnorde with its super friendly receptionist for a long time, but unfortunately the room service is missing altogether. From Friday to Monday the beds were not made and the towels were not changed. You can't do that. The successor Hotel ALMA still has some real catching up to do here

Since the hotel (formerly "Zumnorde") was sold by the Zumnorde family, the quality has been steadily going downhill. The hotel now set the inglorious low and for me/us therefore simultaneous end point at or after our third (and last) meeting there: Commitments made by the hotel weeks in advance, such as parking reservations, the provision of technology and the provision of packed lunches at an agreed time, were not honoured and were not fulfilled by contractually agreed (and also calculated!) in the form of three courses. Lunch menus were served only the main course. Despite the corresponding complaint, the invoice amount has not even been reduced by the services not provided (12x starters, 13x dessert). It's too bad. We will then look for another hotel now.
