Park Inn by Radisson Erfurt Apfelstadt

We were warmly welcomed, the room was clean and modernly furnished, everything worked perfectly, and we liked the whole ambiance in the hotel very much. We can definitely recommend it.

We had booked an arrangement here and were not disappointed. The accompanying dinner exceeded our expectations. In some respects such as a fee of €4.00 for borrowing a bathrobe (we didn't need these, but it says so in the hotel information) is a bit petty in my opinion. But otherwise the breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. From the restaurant you have beautiful views of the "Three Equals".

The rooms are ok, nothing special ... Stayover cleaning despite requirement - green sign hung on the door) unfortunately NOT carried out (beds not made, not vacuumed, cosmetic towels not replenished, although empty box put as an indication on the board at the sink, trash bins not emptied, Animal (dog) overpriced at 30€ per night, which was much cheaper last year ... Breakfast Service on Saturday 12.07.2025 only 1 elderly employee with little joy of service - she was rather sad, service unqualified - there will be NO dishes lifted during the entire time of breakfast (cleared from the table), dto. on Sunday ... Coffee pots with filter coffee provided too little ... Breakfast room crowded on Sunday 13.07.2025 morning 09:25, no place to find ... there were more employees in Service ... Email to management still not answered despite a one-time reminder after a total of 14 days ... Disinterested? Also not answered after 1 week of complaint to BestWestern headquarters ... Disinterested? It's quite simply missing: LOVE, HEARTBLOOD and CONVICTION ... unfortunately, these things don't just come from hanging a sign ... Sorry, that includes people with quantitative and qualitative work and with empathy ...
